The Scottish SPCA is looking into the deaths of two cats on Philip Avenue on Bathgate, after the reports came in last week.

SCOTLAND’S biggest animal charity is seeking to find homes for dozens of exotic pets.

Inspectors were alerted to the incident after a member of the public found the cat in a rucksack on a public footpath in the Murray area of East Kilbride on Tuesday, August 9.
