Scottish SPCA Centre in Milton appeals for food for dogs in care

The Scottish SPCA Dunbartonshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre in Milton are appealing for food for dogs in their care.

Items can be dropped directly at the centre, purchased from their Amazon wishlist or via any other online retailer offering direct delivery.

Centre manager Judy Button said: “We are in need of essential food for the dogs in our care.

“We are in need of dry and wet dog food preferably for sensitive diets as each meal is tailored to every individual dog’s needs depending on their preference, veterinary advice, age and size.

“We would also appreciate Butcher’s dog food in any variety.

“This food helps to keep dogs like Biff and Sal happy and healthy while they wait to find their forever homes.

“Your support means that we can continue to provide the best care for our animals at our centre.

“We’d be so grateful for any donations that people can spare, and we know our dogs will be too.”

Dog food can be donated via the centre’s Amazon wish list here: https://amzn.to/3Q46hIt or sent from another online retailer that can deliver.

Items can also be dropped into the centre reception at Scottish SPCA, Dumbarton Road, Milton, Dumbarton G82 2UA between 1pm and 4pm daily.
