Jusef Erabi opened the scoring for Hammarby in the first half, although Nikola Stulic's 47th-minute leveller caused the game to go to extra time.

The 19-year-old will reportedly undergo a medical in Glasgow tomorrow ahead of joining the Scottish Premiership champions on a season-long loan deal from Manchester City.

He could become Celtic's seventh summer signing, following the arrivals of Ross Doohan, Kieran Tierney, Callum Osmand, Benjamin Nygren, Hayato Inamura and Shin Yamada.
