In chapter 2, Lord Krishna tells Arjuna:

“Perform all thy actions with mind concentrated on the Divine, renouncing attachment and looking upon success and failure with an equal eye.”

Gita About ‘Concentration on Divine’

Lord Krishna pointed out that one of the best ways to free ourselves from all kinds of attachments and sorrows is to surrender ourselves to the Supreme. When all our actions and duties are dedicated to the Lord, the strength of ego will dilute and divine humility will begin to engulf our being.

According to the Gita, the same Supreme God permeates every living and non-living things. Beyond the apparent reality of the senses, the divine essence that enlivens all is the same. Once we realise this truth at an experiential level, we will be liberated.

One of the fundamental teachings of Lord Krishna is Karma Yoga. Bhagwan told Arjuna: “You have the right to perform your duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your action.”

Secondly, we can perform all our duties as our offerings to Bhagwan as discussed above.

Thirdly, meditation is one of the most powerful tools that Lord Krishna has gifted us in order to free ourselves. Make it a part of your daily life.

Moreover, we should always maintain a sattvic lifestyle. Avoid lies, gossips and eating processed or junk foods. Whether it is sleep, work or leisure, maintain moderation in everything that you do.
