Actress Michelle Keegan posted: "Congratulations darling." Former Love Island contestant Montana Brown was also along the well-wishers, commenting: "Stop this is amazing! Congratulations."

Last July, Kate suffered a miscarriage. At the time, she said she was "devastated and heartbroken". In an emotional caption to her Instagram following, she said: "So much to say, but somehow I can’t find the words. Absolutely devastated and heartbroken."

She continued: "Couldn’t be more grateful for the hugs I got from my big(er) babies [Lorenz, Tate and Tia] coming through the door when we arrived home."
