In this polarizing age we all live in, social media can be a treacherous place. Unfortunately, Katherine Legge is experiencing that first-hand following her recent NASCAR outings. In a recent episode of her podcast, Throttle Therapy, Legge got candid about the Rockingham race weekend.

Kasey Kahne's anticipated return and Katherine Legge run ended early, and quickly Satuday as the two came together just over 50 laps into Saturday's NASCAR Xfinity race at Rockingham, leaving both with significant damage.

Just like any other sport, tomorrow's champion is always waiting in the wings and in the pinnacle of stock car racing, the final two steps before the big show are the NASCAR Truck and NASCAR Xfinity Series. 

Majeski, who was sent the to rear early in the race due to an uncontrolled tire penalty, made his way back to the front and pounced on leader William Sawalich on a restart with 20 of 250 laps remaining.

Sawalich, a 17-year-old development driver with Joe Gibbs Racing, had led the race early but his involvement in an incident with a lapped car sent him to the rear.

In January 2024, the Trackhouse Racing NASCAR Cup Series team co-owned by former racer Justin Marks and Cuban-American rap star Pitbull signed Connor Zilisch to a multi-year development deal. 

As Friday’s 150-lap race wound to a close Zilisch, a 17-year-old development driver for Trackhouse Racing, found himself trying to hold off fellow 17-year-old William Sawalich, a development driver for Toyota and Joe Gibbs Racing.
