District court dismisses application filed by Masjid panel seeking eight weeks’ time to appeal against September 12 order

District judge A.K. Vishvesha ruled that the Hindu ‘plaintiffs will have right to prove their averments by cogent evidence’, as the next hearing is slated for September 22

Madan Mohan Yadav, a lawyer of the Hindu side, had said that the mosque was constructed after demolishing the temple.
