Aimee Jane Cannon was found with a number of serious injuries at a property in West Calder at around 6.35pm on Saturday, May 7.

Locals in West Calder this morning spotted forensic officers and detectives outside the property where a mum of two was found dead on Saturday, which the police are describing as "unexplained."

He was last seen in the Gartmorn Dam area near Alloa on Wednesday afternoon.

A female shop worker was working in the store at the time of the incident and a quantity of cash was stolen from the shop in what police called a ''traumatic ordeal" for the member of staff.

We told how officers descended on Learmonth Crescent in West Calder just before 7pm on Saturday.
