A report suggests it's due to a “greater level of under-diagnosis” in deprived areas, such as West Dunbartonshire.

Police enquiries have revealed the 54-year-old may have been near the Rock Bowling Club, Castle Road, Dumbarton on Monday. Anyone with information should contact them.
