Singer Lisa Marie Presley has died at the age of 54 after a reported heart attack.

Lisa Marie Presley died age 54. She was born into the limelight, had her own music career and suffered a number of tragic losses in her life.

Her mother Priscilla Presley confirmed the news in a statement.

LOS ANGELES — Lisa Marie Presley, the daughter of Elvis Presley, collapsed Thursday at a home in the Calabasas area and was having trouble breathing after what is being described as a cardiac episode, a source familiar with the incident told the Los Angeles Times on Thursday.
