Mother says she pre-books window seats for her son to help with anxiety around flying

Adi Bandi hit out at the individual this week after her son was left visibly upset due to being unable to sit in the window seat both parties had booked out through Ryanair.

The budget airline blamed the incident, which left a six-year-old in tears, on an IT glitch.
