BMW, Porsche and Cadillac ended up within two hundredths of each other at the top of the times in second free practice for Sunday’s World Endurance Championship round at Fuji.

A late charge from Matt Campbell propelled Porsche to the top of the timesheets in opening free practice for Sunday’s Austin round of the World Endurance Championship. 

The Frenchman logged a 2m04.125s aboard his #6 Penske Porsche Motorsport 963 LMDh in the early minutes and, as he had done in Thursday's second practice, was never headed for the remainder of the hour-long session. 

On just his third lap of the session, Estre produced a 2m04.162s in his #6 Porsche Penske Motorsport 963 LMDh, putting him just 0.121s clear of the works #50 Ferrari 499P Le Mans Hypercar in which Fuoco had topped Thursday's earlier FP1.
