It’s nearly time to turn the page to another iteration of WWE 2K, with the release of 2K26 just over the horizon. While there is plenty of new content to look forward to, like the Ringside Pass and some new features to a variety of game modes, the developers have decided to cut some content from 2K25 as well. The bulk of this cut content comes in the form of missing Superstars compared to the last game, as there are some notable absences in the current WWE 2K26 roster.
This is fairly common practice, as new releases of WWE 2K always include removed Superstars to make way for new ones that weren’t included in the previous games. However, it’s always jarring to see such major names not make the cut, at least initially.
Below, you can find a list of all the current missing Superstars and Legends from WWE 2K26.
All Missing Superstars From WWE 2K26 At Launch
While there are dozens of Superstars from WWE 2K25 that won’t be included in WWE 2K26, there’s still time for that to change. We haven’t seen most of the wrestlers coming in the post-launch cycle for the new game, so there’s a solid chance that the Ringside Pass and other forms of DLC could include some of the removed Superstars and Legends.
For right now, there’s a list of nearly 40 Superstars from 2K25 that won’t be available at the launch of 2K26 in March. Here’s a list of those Superstars:
- Akam
- Andrade
- Ashante Thee Adonis
- Baron Corbin
- Blair Davenport
- Braun Strowman
- Carlito
- Carmella
- Cedric Alexander
- Cora Jade
- Dakota Kai
- Duke Hudson
- Eddy Thorpe
- Elektra Lopez
- Gigi Dolin
- Giovannia Vinci
- Indi Hartwell
- Isa Dawn
- Jakara Jackson
- Joe Coffey
- Karl Anderson
- Karrion Kross
- Katana Chance
- Kayden Carter
- Luke Gallows
- Mark Coffey
- Oro Mensah
- Paul Ellering
- Rezar
- Scarlett
- Shayna Baszler
- Shotzi
- Sonya Deville
- Tamina
- Tegan Nox
- Valhalla
- Wes Lee
- Wolfgang

In addition to all of these active Superstars in WWE, there’s also a list of NXT Superstars that won’t be included at the launch of 2K26 as well:
- Adriana Rizzo
- Arianna Grace
- Cutler James
- Dion Lennox
- Osiris Griffin
- Saquon Shugars
- Jasper Troy
- Kale Dixon
- Kendal Grey
- Lainey Reid
- Luca Crusifino
- Malik Blade
- Niko Vance
- Bronco Nima
- Lucien Price
- Shiloh Hill
- Tyriek Igwe
- Tyson DuPont
- Uriah Connors
- Brad Baylor
- Jackson Drake
- Ricky Smokes
Obviously, that’s a lot of names that won’t be coming to WWE 2K26 at the start. However, as we said before, you can likely expect at least a handful of these Superstars to return to the game in the form of DLC. We don’t know when some wrestlers will be added, who would make the cut, or how they’ll enter the game, but the developers likely won’t omit this massive list of Superstars from 2K26 entirely.
All Missing Legends In WWE 2K26 At Launch

The missing Superstars don’t conclude the list of all removed wrestlers in WWE 2K26. There are also some Legends that are missing from the initial roster as well.
Unlike with the missing Superstars, though, it’s unlikely that most or all of the removed Legends will return to the game. This is presumably due to the Legends having their contracts expire with the WWE, so unless something changes, the missing Legends won’t come to 2K26 as DLC, which makes room for some new Legends.
Here’s the list of all missing Legends in 2K26:
- Bruno Sammartino
- George “The Animal” Steele
- Harley Race
- Headshrinke R Fatu
- Headhshrinke R Samu
- Jake “The Snake” Roberts
- Peter Maivia
- Ricky Steamboat
In total, there are roughly 70 Superstars and Legends from WWE 2K25 that won’t be in 2K26 when it launches in March. Some will likely return to the game as DLC, but the rest might have seen their final days as new wrestlers in the franchise.
