Kai Cenat is facing a new lawsuit after a man claimed he almost suffered heatstroke twice during the Streamer University event held at a college campus in Manhattan last month. The lawsuit also says Kai Cenat’s company used the man’s image in a promotional commercial without asking for his permission. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the man is now seeking more than $330,000 in damages over the alleged incidents.

Caleb Gottfried claims poor safety at Kai Cenat’s Streamer University event led to two heatstroke scares
According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Caleb Gottfried, who is also known online as SNVRK, attended Kai Cenat’s Streamer University event in Manhattan. He claimed the venue became so hot and crowded that he nearly suffered heatstroke on two separate occasions during the event.
The lawsuit says New York Police Department officers were present and witnessed what happened. Caleb Gottfried blamed the situation on what the lawsuit described as negligent crowd control and a failure to provide proper safety, ventilation, and other basic measures for people attending the event.
He argues that those conditions put guests at risk and led to his medical scares. The lawsuit asks for more than $330,000 in damages. At this stage, these are allegations made in court, and they have not been proven.
Caleb Gottfried also says Kai Cenat’s company used his image without permission
The lawsuit also raises a separate complaint about a promotional commercial for Streamer University. Caleb Gottfried claimed his image appeared in the advertisement as “background talent,” but said he never signed a release form or any document allowing his likeness to be used.
Because of that, he argues his image was used without his consent and is seeking damages for that claim as well.
This is not the only legal issue connected to Kai Cenat at the moment. TMZ also reported that another man recently filed a separate lawsuit claiming he was assaulted by a member of Kai Cenat’s security team. That case is unrelated to Caleb Gottfried’s lawsuit.
TMZ said it contacted Kai Cenat’s representatives for a response. As of its report, no reply had been received.
