What bars and restaurants are open at Salford Quays and MediaCity

Before coronavirus hit, Salford Quays and MediaCity were hives of activity with a number of restaurants and bars dotted around the area.

Since March, these have been closed but they are allowed to reopen on July 4, at 6am.

Despite this, some will still remain shut for the time being with reopening plans yet to be announced.

MySalford has compiled a list of all the venue's that have revealed their reopening plans to make planning your first meal or drink out that bit easier.

Alchemist Media City

The cocktail bar is taking bookings from July 4.

Part of the charm of The Alchemist is watching the weird and wonderful cocktails being made in front of you so social distancing guidelines will make the experience quite a different one.

Dockyard

Popular pub The Dockyard is also reopening on July 4.

In a post on social media, the management confirmed that a number of measures would be in place to keep the venue safe.

According to the official website, the MediaCity cocktail bar will reopen its doors on July 10.

The Salford Quays restaurants are not on the list of those planning to close but there is no announced reopening date as of yet.
