NEW DELHI: Team India captain and former Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma celebrated Holi with his IPL teammates on Monday.
Mumbai Indians shared a short clip of Rohit spraying water from a pipe with his face all coloured up.
"Happy Holi, everyone! Brb, admin needs to get the phone repaired," is the title of the video as Rohit sprays water on the camera.
Mumbai Indians lost their IPL 2024 season opener against Gujarat Titans by 6 runs on Sunday.
Meanwhile, former Indian cricketers wished fans Happy Holi on the occasion of the festival.
Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar posted, "Wishing everyone lots of happiness and colours on this beautiful festival of Holi. Come, let us all together make it memorable. Hearty congratulations on Holi and Rang Panchami. Best wishes to everyone and a very happy Holi."
Former India cricketer and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) mentor Gautam Gambhir wrote, "Wishing everyone a very happy & colourful Holi."
Former India opener Virender Sehwag posted, "Rang Barse ! Wishing you a Holi filled with love, laughter, and blessings."
