Twitterati thinks Alia Bhatt's 'Heart Of Stone' co-star Jamie Dornan looks like Rahul Gandhi; fans say 'Take that back!'

Indian fans were left buzzing with excitement when it was revealed that Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt will play the main antagonist in the upcoming film 'Heart Of Stone', opposite Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.

The actress flew to Brazil, where she unveiled the trailer with her two co-stars. Photos and videos from the red carpet event soon went viral online, with fans sharing their favourite pictures and videos. While many went gaga over Alia's red carpet appearances, others couldn't get their eyes off her hunky co-star Jamie who they felt looked similar to Indian politician Rahul Gandhi.

"Jamie Dornan Mujhe first Rahul Gandhi laga," a Twitter user commented on a photo of the actor.

Another quipped, "Rahul Gandhi, Alia Bhatt and Gal Gadot. Wow!"

Another replied to a post pointing out the similarities saying, "I can't unsee what I just saw."

While yet another said, "50 Shades of OMG"

A Jamie Dornan fan then stepped into the trending tweets and commented, "People who are saying Jamie Dornan is looking like rahul gandhi I’m dead. take that back!"

In a statement, Netflix revealed that Gal will play a secret operative who works for the Charter - a covert peacekeeping organisation, secret even from other spies, which uses cutting-edge technology to neutralise global threats. And it is the Heart, the most valuable and dangerous asset, that gives the Charter its power.

'Heart of Stone' marks Alia's Hollywood debut. She will play the antagonist, Keya Dhawan, a hacker who "breaches" the security to steal the Heart and demands the Charter, the organisation, to "answer to me".

"You think you know everything but the world is about to see the truth," says Keya (Bhatt) in the trailer.

The film is set to premiere on August 11 in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
