Ticketmaster cancels £20 Harry Styles tickets after high demand overwhelms Manchester gig

Harry Styles performing at the 65th Grammy Awards

Ticketmaster has confirmed that several £20 tickets for Harry Styles’ upcoming Manchester show have been cancelled and refunded after demand far exceeded capacity.

The 32-year-old pop star announced a one‑off performance at Co‑op Live on March 6 to preview music from his new album Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally. prompting a huge rush of fans to register for the low‑priced tickets.

However, fans have been warned that tickets purchased from any resale site other than Ticketmaster, where tickets have appeared for far above the original price, will be voided.

There is also a two-ticket limit, meaning anyone who has purchased more will be impacted.

All affected fans have now been refunded in full.

Ticketmaster said in a statement: "As all tickets are non-transferable, any tickets listed on unauthorised resale sites are void and will not get fans into the show - so we're cancelling and refunding these. There is also a ticket limit of two per person, so any orders above that are being cancelled and refunded.

"If you're still looking for tickets, please only buy via Ticketmaster as we cannot protect you on other sites. This is a high-demand show, so resale tickets will be limited."

Ticketmaster said it plans to give the cancelled tickets back to fans. Instead of reopening the original request system, the company will reach out by email to a select group of people whose initial submissions weren’t fulfilled.

The former One Direction star's Manchester date — separate from his larger Together, Together 2026 tour in support of the new LP — has quickly become one of the year’s most in‑demand live events, with the £20 price point only intensifying competition for seats.
