The Love Island couples who are still together now with four weddings and eight babies

With millions of viewers each year, Love Island is arguably one of the most popular dating TV shows around. But as well as its popularity with the public, many contestants of the ITV dating show have found success when it comes to their relationships.

There are hundreds of couples who have formed in the infamous villa since the series first began back in 2015. Whilst some couples have broken up almost immediately after heading back into the 'real world', there are others who have gone the full distance - with a fair few who are now married with babies.

As the 2023 summer series kicks off tonight (June 5), we take a look at all of the past Islanders who are still together now, from those who coupled up on the show to series crossovers.

Series two

Olivia and Alex Bowen

Olivia Buckland entered the villa as part of the original line-up of series two back in 2016. The then 22-year-old struggled to find a connection until Alex entered the series halfway through as a bombshell.

After falling in love, the pair finished the show in second place and after just five months of dating, Alex popped the question in New York.

In September 2018, Olivia and Alex tied the knot in the first-ever Love Island wedding at Gosfield Hall in Essex. In June 2022, the loved-up couple announced the birth of their first child, a baby boy named Abel.

Cara Delahoyde and Nathan Massey

Cara and Nathan met on the same series as Olivia and Alex in 2016, and went on to be crowned the winners.

After leaving the villa, the couple's journey wasn't exactly plain sailing as less than a year after meeting, they announced their split. They did however reunite just months later when they discovered Cara was pregnant with their first child - Freddie.

Cara and Nathan went on to marry in summer 2019 and welcomed their second baby - a daughter named Delilah - in July 2020.

Series three

Jessica and Dom Lever

Jess Shears and Dom Lever met in the Majorcan villa back in 2017 during series three but their time together on the show was cut short after Jess was dumped from the Island before Dom.

After the show the pair rekindled their romance and went on to get married in Mykonos in 2018.

Now living in Devon, the couple are parents to their first born boy called Presley, born in 2019, and they then welcomed their second son in 2022.

Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt

Camilla and Jamie appear to be one of Love Island fan's favourite love stories of all time.

Camilla, who worked as an explosive ordnance disposal employee before going on the reality TV dating show, didn't have much luck with love prior to model Jamie's arrival.

The knight in shining armour swept her off her feet and after finishing the show in second place, the couple have gone on to have two daughters, Nell and Nora, as well as tying the knot in September 2021.

Series five

Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury

Molly-Mae and Tommy are one of the most notable Love Island couples to date. The then 20-year-old blonde bombshell walked into the villa back in 2019 and went on her first date with boxer and Tyson Fury's younger brother Tommy.

The pair hit it off almost immediately and after sailing through the show, they finished in second place after coming runners-up to Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea.

In September 2022, Molly-Mae and Tommy surprised fans with a joint Instagram post revealing they were expecting their first baby. In January 2023, the couple announced the birth of their beautiful baby girl and her Disney-inspired name Bambi. The family now live together in their dreamy Cheshire mansion with their two cats.

Series six

Molly Smith and Callum Jones

Molly Smith and Callum Jones met on the first series of the winter Love Island back in 2020. Despite both being from Manchester, the pair found love in South Africa after Molly entered during Casa Amor.

Callum was coupled up with Shaughna Phillips, but had his head turned by the blonde model. Two weeks after they met, the couple were dumped from the Villa but have since remained together on the outside.

The pair now live together in a lavish four-bedroom house in Manchester with their two dogs.

Nas Majeed and Eva Zapico

Similar to Molly and Callum, Nas and Eva also met on the first winter series back in 2020 after Eva was amongst the Casa Amor girls line-up.

After leaving the show, the couple continued their romance and ended up making their relationship official. Three years on the pair are still going strong and now live together.

Lucie Donlan and Luke Mabbott

This Love Island couple didn't meet on the show but they managed to find love outside of the villa.

Lucie, who appeared on series five in 2019, and Luke, who starred in the first winter edition in 2020, went public with their romance after weeks of speculation in 2020.

The couple moved in together in 2021 and in December, the ex-plumber popped the question to Lucy under the northern lights. The 27-year-old shared the happy news on his Instagram with a pic of a stunning engagement ring.

Series eight

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti

Love Island 2022 winners Ekin-Su and Davide have remained an item outside of the villa.

The couple had quite the rocky ride when they were on the show and even called it quits and coupled up with other Islanders a few times. But they now appear to be loved-up after moving into their lavish London home together.

Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope

Series eight finalists Indiyah and Dami started off their journey in the Love Island villa as friends, but it soon turned into romance.

Putting aside their dramatic break-up after Casa Amor, the pair have continued to progress their relationship outside the villa nad have now moved in together.

Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page

Tasha and Andrew appear to be going from strength to strength after leaving the Love Island villa.

The series eight contestants had their fair share of drama whilst on the show, but they now seem to be happier than ever in their loved-up snaps.

Series nine

From the most recent Love Island series to air on ITV2, winners Sanam Harrinanan and Kai Fagan are still together as well as Tanya Manhenga and Shaq Muhammad, Jessie Wynter and Will Young and Lana Jenkins and Ron Hall.
