Tesco, Aldi and Iceland warnings as curry, cereal and more pulled from shelves

Tesco, Aldi, Iceland and other stores have pulled products from sale amid safety fears in recent weeks.

When a product is recalled, for any reason, the Food Safety Agency (FSA) shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the item has been pulled from sale.

Major supermarkets have pulled food products from shelves, with shoppers urged not to eat them.

You should instead return them to the store for a full refund, and you do not need a receipt to get your money back.

Here are some of the products that have been pulled from sale in recent weeks:

Tesco

Tesco is recalling its Free From Bran Flakes because some packs may contain a small amount of another cereal variant (chocolate pillows) that contain milk and hazelnut (nuts) which are not mentioned on the label.

This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents and/or an allergy to hazelnut (nuts).
