CHENNAI: More than 6,000 students from 60 schools in the city visited an exhibition showcasing innovative projects of engineering students at SRM Group of Institutions, Ramapuram campus.
More than 250 highly innovative projects covering different branches of engineering, technology, dental, management and film technology were showcased at the project day held from Friday to Sunday.
Anna University vice-chancellor R Velraj, who inaugurated the project,stressed the need for entrepreneurs and innovation.
R Shivakumar, chairman, SRM Group of Institutions, Ramapuram and Trichy campuses, was among those present.
