Strictly Come Dancing’s Helen Skelton has shared a sweet post with her three children as she enjoys time away from tour rehearsals.
The former Blue Peter presenter has been back in the rehearsal room as she prepares for the upcoming tour, which will kick off in Birmingham on January 20.
She will be joined by winners Hamza Yassin and Jowita Przystal and other couples like Ellie Simmonds and Nikita Kuzmin and Will Mellor and Nancy Xu.

Away from the dance floor Helen likes to spend her days off with her children. The star has children Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and one-year-old Elsie with her rugby player ex Richie.
Helen split from her estranged ex-husband Richie last year and he has moved on with a new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill.
However Helen has continued to adapt to her new life as a single mother as she gave her fans a heart-warming glimpse of her wholesome weekend spent with the little ones.
The 39-year-old shared a sweet snap with her three children. The black and white pic shows the children sitting on Helen's back as she lay on the floor, with little Elsie peeping her head over her older brothers.
She captioned the post: “Always a pile on. Usually ends in tears. #grateful #weekends #squad.” Fans and celebrity friends rushed straight to the comment section with sweet messages.
Steph McGovern wrote: “My heart.” Strictly pro dancer Carlos Gu said: “Adorable.” Bake Off winner Candice Brown commented: “Team! We miss you.”
Helen's posts come not long after her Richie Myler deleted his Instagram account. The Leeds Rhinos rugby player previously had a public Instagram page and regularly shared rugby updates as well as sweet snaps of his children and girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill.
Richie decided to keep his personal life private and away from the limelight as he unfollowed people and made his Instagram account private after receiving “abusive messages".
He has now decided to delete his entire Instagram account just days after Helen Skelton appeared to share a cryptic message.
Helen shared a post and vowed to “never complain and just crack on” following her marriage split from Richie.
