Search for missing New York woman intensifies nearly a week after she vanished

New York

A Long Island woman, Brittany Kritis-Garip, 32, has been missing since Friday night.
She was last seen reportedly jumping out of a moving car in Oyster Bay, New York, and throwing her phone into a bush.
Her husband, Fernando Garip, has been actively searching for her near the East Norwich-Oyster Bay border and has appealed to the public for help.
Nassau County police have deployed helicopters and drones multiple times since Friday in an effort to locate her.
Kritis-Garip is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing black pants and a black jacket with a fur collar.
