Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking trial in New York has reached a heavy stage, with his ex-girlfriend — testifying as “Jane” — sharing emotional and graphic details about their relationship and what she says happened behind closed doors.
Jane, who dated Combs from 2021 until his arrest in 2024, told the court on Friday, June 6, US time, that Combs would get angry if she tried to opt out of what he called “hotel nights” — drug-fuelled sexual encounters with male escorts that allegedly could last up to 30 hours.
According to Jane, these sessions were orchestrated by Combs, who would watch, direct, and masturbate. She said she felt pressured and scared to say no, echoing similar claims made by Combs’ former partner, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who described being forced into “hundreds” of these encounters, which she called “freak offs”, per AP News.

During her testimony, Jane became visibly upset as she described how Combs ignored her signals to stop. She said, “I just, I don’t know,” when asked why she didn’t tell him directly that she wanted to stop, breaking down in tears on the stand.
Jane explained that she sometimes tried to get out of the encounters by saying she was tired or hungry, or by making gestures and facial expressions. But Combs would allegedly tell her to “finish strong”.
Jane said she experienced constant back pain, urinary tract infections and soreness in her genitals because of these “hotel nights”, per AP News.
She also recalled a time when she was on her period and sent Combs a picture of a bloody tampon to prove she was too tired for a hotel night, which she had just done a few days earlier.
This apparently made Combs angry, and he left her a voicemail — played in court — accusing her of lying. He also allegedly suggested she drink champagne to get through it, saying it had helped her before.
When Jane apologised and said, “I’m only human,” Combs allegedly responded, “You’re acting weird as fuck”, per PEOPLE.

Jane told the court that she feared losing her home if she stopped participating in these sessions, as Combs had been paying her rent for several months. When prosecutor Maurene Comey asked what she was afraid would happen, Jane replied, “That Sean would take the house away.”
She also described the emotional toll, saying she would “fight to block out how sad I was after” the encounters, but admitted she still loved Combs and messaged him that “my heart is really in this and it’s breaking”.
Jane said the relationship started out loving, but changed as Combs began sharing his fantasies and involving her in role play and group encounters.
In court, prosecutors played an audio recording of Jane asking a male escort to wear a condom during their first hotel night, but Combs “guilt tripped me out of it. It wasn’t something he wanted to see”.
This was the first time the jury heard a recording from inside the encounters.
Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has been in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center since his arrest. If convicted, he faces 15 years to life.
