Salesforce is back in the headlines as the company has signed another definitive agreement to acquire Regrello. It’s an AI-native company that automates complex business processes. The deal is expected to accelerate Salesforce’s strategy around agentic automation, giving its enterprise customers new ways to streamline workflows.
Regrello’s platform transforms business data into adaptive, agent-driven workflows. Once the deal closes, the company is planning to integrate Regrello’s technology with Agentforce and Slack to reduce manual and repetitive work while improving the speed and quality of core business processes. According to the company, this is a step toward building the “agentic enterprise,” where humans and AI collaborate more seamlessly.
Businesses need greater agility, yet too often critical processes are hindered by disconnected tools and manual workflows. Integrating Regrello will turn unstructured artifacts into coordinated workflows, bringing humans and agents together on the Salesforce Platform and giving every employee the ability to automate manual work, collaborate in real time, and deliver customer value faster.

The acquisition is set to close in Salesforce’s third fiscal quarter of 2026, pending regulatory and customary approvals. The deal will be funded with cash on hand and will not affect Salesforce’s fiscal 2026 guidance or its capital return program.
However, Regrello isn’t Salesforce’s only recent bet on AI-driven enterprise software. Recently, the company has also signed an agreement to acquire Waii, a fast-growing startup focused on natural language-to-SQL queries.
