One photo perfectly summed up how miserable the Broncos were in their historic loss to the Dolphins

The Denver Broncos had the worst game in the NFL on Sunday, and that’s hard to do, considering the Chicago Bears are a strong contender for that title.

In what can only described as absolute chaos, the Dolphins hung 70 points (yes, 70) on the Broncos. Running backs Devon Achane and Raheem Mostert had a filthy touchdown party, and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa put the exclamation on top with a sick no-look pass that was comically disrespectful.

Miami’s head coach, Mike McDaniel, ran circles around the playcalling of Denver’s head coach, Sean Payton. Payton was signed in the offseason to atone for the sins of former head coach Nathaniel Hackett. But Hackett’s Broncos never let this kind of beatdown happen.

A photo floating around the internet perfectly sums up how miserable the Broncos were trying to keep up with the Dolphins.

In the photos, six Denver players are easily eating grass and contemplating life. The remaining are trying (and failing) to stop Miami from wrecking them.

And, more salt in the wound: McDaniels is a Colorado native and a former Broncos ball boy.

I offer my thoughts and condolences to the Broncos organization during this difficult time.
