A police investigation has been launched after a number of 'firearms' were discovered in a park in Glasgow.
Police were scrambled to Rouken Glen Park in the city's south side after receiving the call at 12.30pm today.
The items are due to be removed and made safe, officers have confirmed.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of firearms found within Rouken Glen Park in Glasgow around 12.30pm on Friday, 21 April.
“The items will be removed to be made safe and enquiries are at an early stage.”
