North East weather: An hour-by-hour forecast for Thursday and Friday according to the Met Office

People across the North East can expect more cloudy skies and isolated showers.

Over the next two days, the sun will disappear behind the clouds. However the temperature will remain relatively warm with a maximum high of 19 °C.

According to the Met Office, the skies will remain cloudy on Thursday and there may be some isolated showers across the area. Their hour-by-hour forecast shows there is a 50% chance of light rain at around 8am.

The Met Office predict that Friday will also be a cloudy day. They said there may be sunny spells and possibly a light shower.
