League of Legends patch 26.7 looks to address some of the outliers that were created by the previous updates, fix a major Sylas-Shyvana interaction bug, and give the supports their farming freedom back.
Champion buffs
Cassiopeia
- Base Mana 450 -> 480
- E Bonus Magic Damage 20/43/66/89/112 -> 20/45/70/95/120
This is a sizeable buff for Cassiopeia, as she’s one of the most mana-hungry characters in the entire game, along with Ryze and Kassadin. This buff should allow her one more Twin Fang usage in an all-in situation, which, along with increased damage on the spell, could be the difference between a kill and the opponent escaping.

Kalista
- E AD scaling on bonus damage per additional stack: (+20/25/30/35/40% AD) -> (+20/27.5/35/42.5/50% AD)
In his patch rundown, Phroxzon notes that Kalista has fallen out of favor at the pro level, so she can now be buffed for solo queue. This is a relatively rare occasion, as she’s usually pro-jailed. The buff isn’t very significant, but it’s still a welcome addition to her most-followed gameplay pattern.
Rell
- E MS: 3s of 10%, increased to 25% while facing ally / visible enemy -> 3s of 15%, increased to 30%
- R Damage: 120 / 200 / 380 (+110% AP) -> 150 / 250 / 250 (+110% AP)
Rell is Kalista’s frequent lane partner, and both of them getting a simultaneous buff could propel them into relevancy as a pair. She got a little bit more mobility, and the initial burst on her ultimate will be felt more.
Champion nerfs
Graves
- Base AD: 68 -> 66
Base AD or move speed nerfs are usually memed upon, but this is going to be felt across the initial jungle clear, possibly adding up to an additional auto. Not the end of the world, but still a nerf.

Karma
- R+E Bonus Primary / Secondary target shield: 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 (+45% AP) -> 45 / 85 / 125 / 165 (+45% AP)
Karma looks to be a bit too strong, which could be inferred from our First Stand 2026 tournament recap. Focusing on nerfing her shield values allows her to stay the same lane bully, but be a little bit less effective at saving her allies.
Nami
- W Bounce Modifier: -10% (+10% per 100 AP) -> -20% (+15% per 100 AP)
Nami loves to dabble into AP, and this change breaks even at 200. Depending on your build, this is only an early-game nerf.
Ornn
- Brittle Trigger Damage: 10-18% Target Max HP (Levels 1-18) -> 9-16% Target Max HP (Levels 1-18)
The significance of this change highly depends on the level of play. If you’re someone who can do the optimal three Brittle proc combo, you will feel the nerf. Otherwise, Ornn will still beat who he beat before and will still lose the lane against his counters.
Singed
- R Bonus Stats: 25 / 60 / 95 -> 25 / 55 / 85
This may seem insignificant, but the amount of bonus stats Singed gets from his ultimate is obscene, and this should, in theory, dial his annoyance down just a bit.

Veigar
- R Cooldown: 100 / 80 / 60s -> 120 / 90 / 60s
This nerf is mainly directed at those who bring Veigar to botlane, but it hurts him in mid as well. His all-in power goes down a bit as his ult will not be ready as often.
Champion adjustments
Shyvana
- Ultimate Haste provides passive 0.015 fury generation per second -> Ultimate Haste amplifies all fury generation by 1% per 1 Ultimate Haste.
Shyvana continues to be problematic to balance, while also having several unintended interactions that affect her and other champions like Sylas, who deals obscene amounts of damage after stealing her ultimate. More work on her will be done in future patches.
System Adjustments:
Support farming penalty
- Removed
This change is aimed at giving supports more freedom to farm the lanes without incurring monetary penalties while their ADC is dead or at base. However, there’s a high probability that this could have negative consequences as well, as it will be easier to leave your lane partner without farm.
