Weather conditions could feel very "tropical" as the temperature remains high but rain is still forecast.
It's going to be sunny across Merseyside but also changeable, meaning cloud cover and rain could fall even if the weather feels warm. The Met Office predicts that there will be highs of 24C and 25C degrees, but also heavy rain.
Today, on Monday, August 1, it's going to feel warmer than over the weekend but there will also be a breeze. It will remain dry throughout the day but in the evening showers will fall.

The rain will become patchier overnight, but still with the odd heavier burst. Forecasters say it will feel humid despite the breeze. It will be much of the same into Tuesday and Wednesday, with a mixture of sunshine and showers.
A Met Office forecaster earlier said that an "odd rumble of thunder may be heard in isolated areas." Tom Morgan said: “The main theme over the coming days will be wet weather, in stark contrast to the rest of July.
"Many areas will be very warm and humid with plenty of cloud around, even overnight, with temperatures as high as 20C in the early hours, meaning uncomfortable evenings for sleeping are in store. The odd rumble of thunder may be heard in isolated areas, and it’s going to be pretty muggy and humid, typical of conditions seen in tropical countries.
"Temperatures could climb as high as 29C during the day in southern areas, but it’s going to feel uncomfortable and clammy."
