Robinson tips Phillips for Spurs move
There is real worry on the terraces at Elland Road that Kalvin Phillips might not play in the famous white shirt again after the upcoming trip to Brentford. That panic will be exacerbated tenfold if the Whites are unable to secure their Premier League status on Sunday.
There will be a long list of suitors for the England midfielder if Leeds drop into the Championship and Paul Robinson has claimed that Tottenham would be a good fit for the 26-year-old. Speaking about a potential move between two of his former clubs, he told Football Insider : “If Leeds go down Kalvin Phillips will not be there. Even if Leeds stay up, there will be no shortage of takers for Kalvin Phillips. He’d fit in at Spurs.

“He was England’s best player last year. His quality is unprecedented. I think he is better than Declan Rice. He offers more going forward than Rice. His energy, his engine and his creativity are there for all to see.”
Everything Marsch, Lampard and Jackson said on relegation battle
Each of the three managers still involved in the Premier League relegation battle will be feeling the heat as the season reaches its conclusion on Sunday. There is increased hope for Everton and Burnley because of their games in hand on Thursday evening but it will all still come down to the final day regardless of their results in those games.
After a pivotal weekend in the battle at the bottom, each of the managers spoke about their respective chances with Mike Jackson and Frank Lampard unhappy with some refereeing decisions in their games. Meanwhile, Jesse Marsch was satisfied that his side will, at least, have the opportunity to stay in the Premier League on the final day.

Wright blames timing of Bielsa sacking for Leeds predicament
Marcelo Bielsa was relieved of his duties at Elland Road at the end of February on the back of a torrid run of form. With Leeds in freefall, Marsch was given the thankless task of turning things around dramatically which, to some extent, he has been able to do.
Speaking on his very own Wrighty’s House podcast, Ian Wright felt the sentiment between the club and the Argentine stopped the Whites hierarchy making that decision sooner. He said: "I think they should have got rid of him [Bielsa] earlier, given someone time to really change.
“Simply because, whether it's Jesse Marsch or whoever it is, they needed time to really get that team playing in a different style. Bielsa has to get love for what he'd done for Leeds but it comes to a time where somebody has to make that decision.”
