Lady Victoria Beckham has shared huge plans for her fashion brand.
The Spice Girls star launched her self-named business back in 2008 but the brand struggled with money issues for years before finally getting back on track - and Victoria has now admitted she hasn't ruled out selling the company but she's currently focused on opening more stores in the US.
During an interview with the Financial Times, Victoria was asked if she would consider selling the business and she replied: "I would never say never and I like to look at opportunities. But at the moment I am looking at growth but I would never say never."
Victoria went on to reveal she's opening more stores in the States and she's also looking at expanding the brand into new areas after previously launching make-up, skincare and perfume to complement the clothing and accessories side of the business.
She added: "I'm very excited, this is breaking news, my store in London is showing there is an appetite so we are about to open in New York and Miami.
"For me until I open the store in New York and Miami, I have been reliant on online but I want to be able to control the experience from the client walking in the store.
"The next step is retail expansion and we will see where it goes next. I'm very lucky. I'm building a legacy brand there are categories I haven't entered yet so we see a big opportunity and we spent a long time fixing and now it's time for growth. I want to build the house."
Victoria previously opened up about the difficulties she faced as a pop star entering the fashion world, admitting it wasn't easy for her to break through.
She told The Times newspaper: "That I was just a celebrity brand. But the difference is I wanted to learn the industry, not just throw out something that might promise a return.
"I wanted to understand and learn my trade. I haven’t talked before about the struggles that the business has been through.
"We’ve all seen the headlines, but this is the first time I also talk a lot about the business journey and how it hasn’t all been easy."
In the interview, Victoria also confessed creating a skincare line that's "taken seriously" was incredibly challenging.
She said: "The success has been phenomenal, and that’s another thing I’m so proud of - for a fashion brand to be taken seriously and have credibility in beauty, that’s tough, but then to be taken seriously in skincare, that’s even harder."
