After causing controversy and acclaim in equal measure throughout 2025, Kneecap have now announced their first plans for 2026.
The West Belfast and Derry trio Kneecap will be playing their biggest headline show to date, taking place at London’s Crystal Palace Park on Saturday 27 June 2026. Support will be coming from The Mary Wallopers, Fat Dog, Biig Piig, Gurriers and Madra Salach in an all-Irish line-up which will bring all eyes to London.
Regarding the announcement, Kneecap say: “Back to the belly of the beast for our biggest ever headline show. Our last wee venture into London was to beat the government in court...again. This time it'll be even better: 25,000 sound heads in a park together. We're delighted to have some of our best mates and best bands around to join us. This is one we can't wait for."

The band have just finished a sold out UK tour, and released new single No Comment featuring Sub Focus.
Earlier this summer they played a set at Glastonbury during which they led the crowd into chants of ‘F*** Keir Starmer’ and called for riots in Westminster, with frontman Mo Chara being in court at the time after being charged for displaying a Hezbollah flag during a concert. The investigation into their Glastonbury comments was dropped by police and the terrorism charges against Chara were also dropped, although the CPS are now appealing the decision.
The No Comment single is about them, “being harassed by the British state,” and features graffiti artwork by Banksy depicting a judge attacking a protestor.
Expect the controversy to continue and the gig to be one of the hottest events in the capital next year.
