Kirstie Allsopp shares snap on top of Edinburgh's most luxurious apartment

Kirstie Allsopp has shared snap on top of one of the city's most luxurious apartments during her stay in Edinburgh.

The TV host is in the capital with property partner in crime Phil Spencer as they scout homes for their new series of Location, Location, Location.

The duo were also seen in Juniper Green - a village on the outskirts of Edinburgh lying just over five miles south-west of the city centre.

But on Tuesday they were spotted at a slightly more glamorous spot, Cheval The Edinburgh Grand - a luxury apartment residence located at the heart of the Capital.

People wishing to stay here can book for as long as they like whether it's one night, one month, one year or even longer.

The complex is made up of one, two and three bedroom apartments - the latter of which is a penthouse - however it is unclear whether they will be taking a look inside the rooms themselves with the television presenter tweeting the pair were filming "opening shots."

Taking to Twitter Kirstie Allsopp said: "Wow! Filming on top of ⁦@EdinburghGrand⁩ for ⁦@C4Locations⁩ opening shots. I may have more hassle with my hair than Phil, it’s a wee bit breezy, but worth it."

As we all know our city is full of unique and magnificent properties so it won't be hard to find a nice place around the Capital.

And in fact, we may have had a sneak peak at a bathroom in one of the upcoming property searches after Kirstie posted a picture of a very well-organised bathroom featuring a cupboard with a washing machine and other must-haves for keep the home sparking clean.

However with a lovely location comes a not-so lovely price - so it will be interesting to see if what they find and just how much it will cost.

Location Location, Location will air on May 18 (Wednesday) at 8pm.
