The ex-husband of Kate Price cut a casual classic sports look with a black Vans Off The Wall jumper, which he teamed with a pair of shorts and plimsoll style trainers.
The father-of-three was snapped with his legs on full view as a tattoo artist inked Michelle's name within the outline of a heart, on his right thigh at tattoo studio in London.
Kieran took to Instagram to thank his fiancee for teaching him the 'true meaning of love.'
Sharing a romantic picture with fiancee Michelle Penticost: : "My life hasn't been the perfect road. There have been many ups and many downs.
''A lot of lessons learnt and a lot of behaviour traits that have had to change and develop. Nobody is perfect!"
But rather than simply declare his love for his wife-to-be Kieran chose to reflect on his need to change his behaviour to be a role model for his kids and for his 'incredible woman'.
He added: ''This post isn't just a gushy love post, this post is accepting the bad I have done in my life and turning it around into something extraordinary.''
The pair are looking forward to tying the knot in the Maldives next year and he signed off the post adding: ''Michelle you are the one, you have always been one. Bring on 2023 and our special day, And thank you."

The couple started dating after meeting at the primary school their children attend.
The pair confirmed their engagement in April 2020 also in the Maldives and they lived together through lockdown.
In 2021, Michelle and Kieran welcomed their first child together, son Apollo Phoenix.
The couple recently enjoyed a trip to Devon with his two children who he shares with ex-wife Katie Price joining the trip.
Sharing a shot of Apollo he posted: ''Seeing you smile all day every day fills my heart. You really are the most well behaved little boy and i love you with all my heart."
