Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have finally broken their silence amid speculation that they have ended their nine-year relationship.
The Grammy-nominated singer and British actor have been in an on-off relationship since 2016.
They have also been engaged since 2019 and welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove, now four, the following year.
However, reports emerged last month that Perry, 40, and Bloom, 48, had split up, with sources claiming that the couple had “been living on an island of stress”.

Now in a joint statement, representatives for Perry and Bloom confirmed they "have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting".
Revealing that Perry and Bloom wanted to set the record straight amid the “abundance of recent interest and conversation” about their relationship, it went on to state: "They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect."
The Hot N Cold hitmaker, who was previously married to Russell Brand, recently wrapped up the Australian leg of her Lifetimes world tour, in support of her latest album 143.
Earlier this week, footage from Perry’s gig in Adelaide appeared to show the American performer fighting back tears following the news that she and her fiancé were no longer together.
“Thank you for always being there for me, Australia. It means the world,” she told the crowd at the city’s Entertainment Centre, before beginning a rendition of her number one hit Firework.

She and a group of other female celebrities also faced backlash in April after their Blue Origin space trip, a reaction which Perry said left her feeling "battered and bruised".
Meanwhile, Bloom recently shared quotes to his 7 million Instagram followers from psychiatrist Carl Jung meditating on “loneliness,” “sadness” and “darkness”.
He has been seen embracing his newly single status, including a wild weekend at billionaire Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding in Venice.
The Pirates of the Caribbean and Lord Of The Rings star has a son Flynn, 14, from his previous relationship with model Miranda Kerr.
