An emotional Charles stepped in at the 11th hour to read the Queen's Speech as he addressed the House of Lords after the monarch obeyed doctor's orders to miss the eventy for the first time in 59 years.

Janey, who is known for her outspoken views and comedic voiceovers which went viral over lockdown, told her followers online: "I grew up as working class child in Glasgow who was raised to love & respect the Royal family, my mammy adored them."

She added: "As an adult & all political opinions aside, I hope the Queen as a mother, granny and great granny is having a well rested break from all the exhausting pomp & ceremony."

Fans agreed with her sentiment and one said: "I can’t help but always think, just let her have a rest, she’s done so much, just let her chill out for the end of her days."

Another added: "A bit of me wants to believe she read what was in the speech, said f**k that, not reading it, someone else go."

And someone else said: "Arguments about relevance of Royal Family aside, The Queen has stepped up every day of her life , never complained publicly about any of it and finally she must endure meetings with that shit Boris Johnson. I’ll bow to her any day she asks."
