Holly Willoughby says she's 'fallen in love' as she enjoys ITV This Morning break after surprising fans with throwback snap

Holly Willoughby has given fans a glimpse into how she spends her 'me time' as she showed them the interest she has 'fallen in love with'. The presenter has been opening up again in her public journal as part of her wellness brand Wylde Moon.

As well as sending her subscribers a weekly newsletter, Holly, who is currently on a break from hosting duties on This Morning, she also updates her journal on her website with each passing month. In April's edition, the 42-year-old wrote about her 'beloved crystal bowls'.

"I know sound baths aren’t for everyone, and that’s ok," she typed alongside pictures of her taking part in the meditative experience. "I completely appreciate the scepticism as at first it can seem a bit odd, but playing the sound bowls is something I have completely fallen in love with.

"From the Sage smoke cleansing of the bowls to the inhalation of aromatherapy oils, the vibrations that ripple through your body as you absorb the sound, leave you feeling calm and renewed. It’s honestly a little slice of heaven and something I do when I have a ‘me’ moment," she added before asking: "Have you been to a sound bath before or is it something you want to try?"

A video was also shared to Wylde Moon's Instagram page of Holly in action with the caption featuring a snippet of her journal post. In the video, the mum-of-three could be seen surrounded by her crystal bowls, a candle from her own range and Palo Santo wood. She then created singing bowls, using vibrational frequency when played which taps into the body and provides a sense of calm.

Meanwhile, in another snap posted in her journal, Holly could be seen again with her own candle but this time she was surrounded by different crystals as she wrote about energetical cleansing. "The urge to spring clean is most definitely a thing, and whether you’re pulling out the kitchen cupboards or jet-washing the patio, there’s an innate need to prepare for a new chapter when the seasons change, that so reminds me of the nesting I did during all three of my pregnancies," she shared.

"Whilst physical cleaning is key, it’s also important for me to home spring clean the energy in the house. I like to burn Sage or Palo Santo to energetically cleanse the vibrations around me. Wave the smoke around the room and over your crystals to enhance the energy in the room."

Then, in her latest newsletter, Holly gave an update on her break from hosting This Morning. She and her co-host Phillip Schofield haven't been at the fronting the show for a number of weeks as both Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary and Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle have stepped in to replace them.

Writing to her fans, Holly said: "Whilst it’s chaotic when the children are off and pulling me in three different directions, I do absolutely love the holidays. I especially love catching snippets of their conversations that give me a little window into their souls, and watching their imaginations run wild in the garden as they play.

"As adults it’s impossible to pinpoint the moment when all the innocent chatter and magical play stopped. When was it that we played our last ever imaginary game in the garden? In all honestly though, when you think about it, the magic is still there for the taking, it’s just found in other places."

It comes after Holly was flooded with comments over a throwback snap alongside her sister, Kelly, who is also the managing director of Wylde Moon. An image of Holly and her lookalike sister was posted to the lifestyle brand's Instagram account to celebrate National Siblings Day.

One of the images showed Holly and her older sister Kelly, 45, as youngsters. Showing off her natural hair colour, mum-of-three Holly can be seen giving a toothy smile as she sits next to Kelly who gave an innocent side-eye look away from the camera with the pair wearing matching outfits.

Alongside the photo was a snap of the sisters today, with Holly and Kelly beaming for a glamourous selfie. "It's #NationalSiblingsDay which is a great excuse to pull out this old photo of @hollywilloughby and her sister Kelly," the caption of the post read.

Vanessa Feltz was among the first to respond to the post, writing: "You two are delightful kind thoughtful devoted and utterly beautiful." And fans too rushed to comment under the side-by-side photo. @julie_72_ said: "So stunning." @alisonbarnes171 wrote: "Cute pic… funny but you still both look the same."

@xx77jetxx commented: "Beautiful genes in this family. Absolutely stunning ladies. Love their bond." @beautywillsxx replied: "This is so cute, absolutely love the relationship they both have with each other." @shelley_wakeling shared: "How beautiful." @silverghostowl2 added: "Gorgeous both of u."
