Google has partnered with Reliance Jio to make its advanced AI tools accessible to millions of Indians. Under a new partnership, eligible Jio users can now get free access to Google’s AI Pro plan for 18 months, an offer valued at Rs 35,100. Here are five things you should know about the offer:
1. What the Offer Includes
The free Google AI Pro plan gives Jio users access to the latest Gemini 2.5 Pro AI model via the Gemini app. It also unlocks tools like Nano Banana and Veo 3.1 for generating images and videos. Apart from that, users will get expanded access to Notebook LM.
2. 2TB of Cloud Storage for Free
Along with AI features, users get 2 TB of cloud storage that can be used across Google Photos, Gmail, Drive, and even WhatsApp backups on Android. For young professionals and students, this makes it easier to manage files, photos, and communication data without worrying about space limits.
3. Who Can Get It and How to Activate
Initially, the offer is open to Jio 5G users aged 18 to 25 who are on an unlimited 5G plan starting at Rs 198. Activation happens through the MyJio app, where eligibility is verified automatically.
