Floyd Mayweather opponent claims he will "expose" legend after training with uncle

Floyd Mayweather's upcoming opponent Don Moore has claimed that he will "expose" the star in their exhibition after training with his rival's uncle Roger.

The legendary fighter will step back into the ring in an exhibition for the third time against Moore which will take place in Dubai on May 14. Moore won 18 of his 19 professional fights in the boxing ring but has faced heavy criticism after being selected as a replacement opponent for YouTube star Money Kicks.

However, Moore has claimed that Mayweather isn't invincible despite his 50-0 professional record and is relishing the occasion on the plush hotel helipad. “I am excited to participate in this event,” said Moore. “Because of how much of the same training I received from Roger Mayweather, I am gonna be able to give Floyd real problems.

"I have been training hard to show everyone what ‘Dangerous’ Don Moore is all about and expose Floyd’s weaknesses. This is my shot, The time is now, Floyd isn’t invincible. Anyone can be beaten. I am always trying to push the envelope and if something is brought to my attention that has a unique aspect to it, I am always interested.

“Having a fight on the helipad of the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai and the opportunity to be the star of the show is going to be something I will remember always. People all over the world can buy the PPV and watch us fight high above, almost in the sky.”

Mayweather came into plenty of criticism after Moore was announced as the next opponent, with talks breaking down to take on YouTuber Money Kicks at the final hurdle. The ring legend was forced to hit back at fans' criticism after it was claimed that he was looking for a 'money grab'.

It will be the legend's third exhibition outing having fought Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasakawa, before sharing the ring with YouTube star Logan Paul last June. His clash with Paul was a huge success with over one million pay-per-views sold for the event, and Mayweather is planning to try and replicate the interest.

Also on the card UFC legend Anderson Silva will continue his recent exploits in the boxing ring when he comes up against Bruno Machado in the Middle East. The Brazilian has labelled the event "epic" and is looking forward to facing a fellow countryman. “I can’t wait to do battle with my countryman in the sky!” said Silva.

“This will be a great event for all the fighters and the fans and I look forward to putting on a great show for everyone. I am honoured to share the card with Floyd Mayweather, a true boxing icon. Dubai is a beautiful place and I thank the organisers for asking me to be part of this epic event."
