A flight was forced to return to Dublin Airport and make an emergency landing after reporting a fuel leak on board.
Flight FJO62L, operated by Flexjet Operations Malta, took off from Dublin around 1:35pm this afternoon. The twin-jet Embraer Legacy 550, which can accommodate up to 12 passengers, was forced to turn around though and declared an emergency after reporting a fuel leak.
Dublin Airport's Fire Brigade all rushed to the runway as they awaited the aircraft's landing. Thankfully, the plane was able to land safely at 1:55pm this afternoon, just 20 minutes after taking off, where six emergency vehicles taxied with it to the general aviation stand.

No fuel spillage was reported and the aircraft was shut down safely. The firefighters would declare the scene safe and stand down, and the all appeared to be normal on the ground.
