She's been a favourite on the Coronation Street cobbles for 23 years and Samia Longchambon showed off a different look as she soaked up the sunshine. Samia, who plays Weatherfield councillor Maria Windass, sported a stylish pair of glasses as she posed outdoors alongside her husband Sylvain.
Samia, 40, who joined Corrie in 2020 as Maria, beamed as she cuddled up with Dancing On Ice Professional Sylvain. "The geek and the chic," she captioned one picture.
Alongside another picture of just herself she wrote good-naturedly with a crying-face emoji: "More geek than chic over here ...but I'm ok with that."

And she added cheerily to her followers: "Hope you're all having a lovely weekend. How nice is this weather?" Last weekend the pair ran the Great Manchester Run for East Cheshire Hospice.
She celebrated: "Legs like lead today but we did it! Thank you to those who sponsored myself and @slongchambon for the #greatmanchesterrun @eastcheshirehospice are so grateful for every penny raised!"
And she added: "Manchester was buzzing with support for all the runners and huge well done to everyone who completed it despite the heat making it even harder!"
