The Miami Dolphins secured their fifth win of the season on Sunday, as they defeated the Detroit Lions, 31-27, at Ford Field.
Mike McDaniel’s team was able to move the ball up and down the field essentially whenever they wanted, but penalties will give them plenty to think about this upcoming week.
Defensively, the Dolphins had two completely different halves. In the first two quarters, they allowed 27 points, as Detroit built a 10-point lead over the Dolphins. However, they held the Lions off of the scoreboard in the second half, allowing their offense to come back and secure a win.
