Aprilia's Off-Road Motorcycle Event Shows It's Miles Ahead of Other Manufacturers

I love what Aprilia is doing for current and potential customers lately. It brought back Aprilia Racers Days to COTA, which I never want to miss again. But if you're not a track rat, and off-road is more your scene, the brand's latest event will have you eyeballing your bank account just as I was for Racers Days.

Aprilia is launching the Tuareg Experience in Moab, Utah, one of the most iconic riding locations in the world. Much like the Racers Days, this experience is made for riders who want to sharpen their off-road skillset, ride legendary trails, and have an adventure. The three-day event combines expert coaching, guided exploration, and the opportunity to experience outdoor living in one of the most scenic landscapes in the country.

According to Aprilia, "From October 24th – November 2nd, 2025, participants will have the chance to test the new Tuareg 660 Rally in a bucket-list riding destination. Each three-day program is designed for intermediate-level riders eager to expand their skills while exploring the beautiful landscape and unique terrain of Moab, Utah. Famous for its sandstone arches and dramatic canyons, Moab provides an otherworldly riding experience through red rock formations and an extensive trail system. This rugged adventure is sure to create unforgettable memories."

Between the Tuareg Experience in Moab and the Racers Days, Aprilia is sticking it to manufacturers far larger than itself in terms of the experiences it offers both potential and existing customers.

The first day is all about getting set up. After you check in, you'll meet the team, receive a full motorcycle presentation, and enjoy a BBQ dinner. As long as the weather permits, everyone will then kick off their first bit of adventuring with a night spent in tents or unique cave lodging.

On the second day, you'll get a chance to sharpen your weapons. Once you put down a hearty breakfast, you'll head to a training area, where expert instructors will guide you through practical skills and travel-riding techniques to build confidence. After a light lunch, the adventure begins with a guided riding tour across Moab's trails—don't worry if you're on the more beginner side of intermediate, as the groups are divided by skill level.

After putting your freshly-taught skills to the test in the real world, you'll return to camp for an Italian-style dinner, photo/video sharing, and a debrief by the fire. An overnight stay is included in the package here, too.

The third day is all about hitting the trails and taking in the most iconic sights in Moab. After soaking up Utah's red-rock landscapes all morning, you'll return at around midday for a farewell gathering, where you'll get a participation certificate and a voucher toward future Tuareg Adventure Raids. But, of course, all this will set you back.

Fork over $1,250 and you'll get a new Aprilia Tuareg 660 Rally for the entirety of your stay, individual glamping accommodations for both nights, and meals throughout the three-day event. Riders must arrange their own way to Moab, have Proof of identity and health insurance, full protective gear (helmet, jacket, pants, gloves, boots), and it's recommended you be of intermediate riding experience (on/off-road).
