The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday carried out searches at 20 locations allegedly linked to the banned terror outfit, the Popular Front of India (PFI).

Special Judge Shailender Malik issued notice to the ED on the applications filed by Mohammad Ilias, Mohammad Perwez Ahmed and Abdul Muqeet.

NIA raids 14 locations in 5 states to foil “PFI conspiracy” to disturb peace, seize incriminating digital devices and documents.

The search was conducted in connection with the ongoing investigation into the PFI-related cases registered by the NIA

The NIA team found a pistol, ammunition, an air pistol, one sword and two knives.
