Zara and Mike Tindall dress up for virtual Royal Ascot celebration

Even though she’s celebrating from home, Zara Tindall still went all out for Royal Ascot.

The Queen’s granddaughter opted for head-to-toe blue, as she posed alongside her husband, Mike Tindall, on Instagram.

“When it’s day 1 of Royal Ascot and you have nothing else on,” Zara’s husband captioned the photo of the couple, tagging ITV, which is broadcasting the racing.

Zara, an accomplished equestrian who has even competed in the Olympics, typically attends Royal Ascot at the Ascot Racecourse each year.

However, because the coronavirus pandemic forced the 2020 races to be broadcast virtually, Zara and Mike watched the event from home instead.

Zara’s stylist, Annie Miall, shared a photo of the couple, too. And she even shared all of the details behind Zara’s look. The blue silk dress is by Beulah London, and it features a floral print pattern with ruffled sleeves and a belt at the waist.

To perfectly match the dress, Zara wore a pair of navy heels from Emmy London. And Annie noted that Zara’s fascinator was a custom design from Juliette Millinery - a brand favored by the Royal Family and Zara’s go-to milliner.

Zara and her husband have reportedly been quarantined at their Gloucestershire home with their two daughters, Mia and Lena.

During the stay-at-home orders, Zara and Mike have been vocal in their support for healthcare workers.

Last month, Mike posted a photo of him and Zara clapping for NHS workers on Instagram. The couple sported their Kindred t-shirts, whose entire proceeds benefit NHS Charities Together.
