Police are probing an early-morning sexual assault in Glasgow's east end.
Officers received reports that a 22-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in McNair Street, in the Shettleson area of the city on Saturday September 25.
The attacker pounced just after 5am that day.
Police confirmed that enquiries are ongoing and that they are 'following a number of lines of enquiry'.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.10am on Saturday, 25 September, officers received a report of a 22-year-old woman sexually assaulted on McNair Street, Shettleston.
"Police enquiries are ongoing and officers are following a number of lines of enquiry.”
