A worried Kilwinning family is pleading for everyone to keep an eye out for lost kitten Piper.
The 'timid' five-month-old black and white kitten wears a pink collar and was last seen in her family's garden in the Whitehirst Park area on Sunday, January 17.

Owner Richard Kay believes she couldn't have gone too far.
He said: "Piper went outside on Sunday night and got frightened by the wind and rain. She is very timid and will most likely have found a secluded, dry and sheltered spot in someone's back garden.
"She is starting to test her limits of jumping and chasing birds. However, she is rarely out of the house for longer than an hour before coming back for food, sleep or just to sit with her humans.
"Piper is friendly and I believe she will approach people who encounter her. I hope people in the area can keep an eye out and help bring Piper home."
Piper is described as having white paws, a white bib and belly and a small but distinctive spot of white under her nose.
