A personal trainer who was working out at home in her underwear was left red-faced when she completely forgot about a window cleaning appointment that was happening at the same time.
TikTok user Bobbie Jordan, posted a clip of the hilarious mishap on the video sharing platform. Bobbie, an online fitness coach, regularly posts clips of her workout regime and training tips, recently shared one that had people in stitches.
The female transformation coach explained that she was "just doing a quick check-in" from her bedroom when she looked to the side and had the fright of her life.
In the video, Bobbie, who was just wearing knickers and a sports bra, could be heard screaming and seen jumping, and running out of sight.
As she moves it becomes clear what she's reacting to – embarrased Bobbie had clearly forgotten that the window cleaners were coming that day.
A the end of the hallway leading to the bedroom, a man could be seen cleaning the windows.
The sheepish personal trainer simply captioned the video: "Nah".
One user simply said: "I am dying," followed by a load of crying-while-laughing emojis.
Another shared: "Didn’t realise this was a universal experience because the EXACT same thing happened to me!! Why don’t they knock on your door first?!"
A third said: "He probably didn’t notice you before, but after the scream he did."
Meanwhile, a fourth added: "This made me laugh so much."
Taking to the comment section, Bobbie admitted that seeing the window cleaner "made [her] jump", but it was all in good fun, as she posted some laughing emojis.
