Washing the dirty clothes pile and putting them out to dry is one of the worst household chores. It's a pain in itself to organise the clothes to be washed, let alone undergoing the gruelling task of putting the items neatly on to the clothes airer.
And if that wasn't bad enough, people may often find that their clothes airer takes up a huge amount of space in their homes - inevitably leaving 'wet washing lying around' for days while it dries. Tackling the common problem, a savvy mum has shared a 'genius' hack to clean her wet clothes within 'a couple of hours' all while keeping them out of sight.
Chloe Jane Farrow shared her game-changing technique on popular-video streaming service TikTok.
The mum - who boasts more than 700 followers on account @chloejanefarrow - has been praised online for sharing her 'brilliant idea' with others.
"Do you ever get sick of wet washing lying around?" Chloe questioned before explaining her method of drying clothes quicker.
She explained: "I always put my clothes horse in the bath out of the way.
"Turn my dehumidifier on and will be dry in a couple of hours," Chloe added.
Since posting, the TikTok user's video has surpassed a whopping 240,000 views to date.
Flocking to the comment section, one person gushed: "This is genius!!"
"Omg why didn't I think of that?" One person questioned.
A third agreed: "What a good idea why didn't I think of that?"
Meanwhile, someone else claimed that they were eager to try the new method first-hand: "This is brilliant idea going to try it x."
Someone else wrote: "Ooo never thought to put this in the bath!"
A different TikToker claimed they were already undergoing the easy method: "I do that. Bathroom always seems warmer."
